Parents
Children's yoga has had a profound impact on our 6-year-old son. It gave him time to be still in the active world. He grew in awareness and balance and today is significantly more supple than most of his peers. Yoga was a great springboard for other sporting activities where his co-ordination and balance have enhanced his performance.

Michelle and Richard Bigwood, parents of William, Harpenden, Herts

Over the last three years my son has gained flexibility from yoga. He incorporates it into his life when watching television, playing on the floor or sitting on the sofa. He moves into postures doing any of these other activities and shows a strong sense of his body in his movement. He doesnít particularly think of himself as doing yoga but just moving into different positions that suit whatever else he is doing. He also loves the creativity that June's Yoga has given him by creating new poses and naming themÖbanana, pizza etc or some fish or other creature he thinks of.

Janet Sleigh, parent of Hawke, Harpenden, Herts

June's Yoga has helped my son him develop confidence, a sense of his body and breath awareness amongst many other things. However it transfers into other activities as his balance is very strong and his horse-riding teacher says she wishes all her riding students did yoga if this is the progress it can offer.

Vanessa Connor, parent of Ben, Wigginton, Herts
